Voices of Youth and Children in Tanzania – Our Story
Every day in Tanzania, thousands of children wake up with dreams in their hearts but face obstacles that make those dreams hard to reach. Some lack books and school supplies. Others go to bed hungry or worry about their family’s well-being. Youth struggle to find opportunities to grow, while parents work tirelessly just to provide basic needs.
At Voices of Youth and Children in Tanzania (VOYCT), we believe these challenges are not the end of the story—they are the beginning of a transformation. Our purpose is to give children, youth, and families the tools, support, and hope they need to thrive.
Through education, we provide school kits, scholarships, and learning resources, opening doors to knowledge and new possibilities. Through technology programs, we equip young people with digital skills to succeed in tomorrow’s world. Through health and nutrition initiatives, we ensure children grow strong and healthy. And by supporting parents with training and guidance, we help families build stable, empowered homes.
